The journal welcomes the submission of manuscripts that meet the general criteria of significance and scientific excellence. Papers will be published approximately after acceptance by Universal Scientific Organization. All articles published in IJMCE are peer-reviewed.

Electronic submission of manuscripts: Manuscripts must be formatted according to Journal Template and the author  must include his/her fully-completed, signed IJMEC Copyright Transfer Form when he/she wishes to submit a paper. We must have this form before your paper can be published.
